I use the dimensions of 8.3x9.4 for all of my 20oz skinny tumblers

recommended time and temperature:

350 for 5 minutes in convection oven 

365 degrees for 30 seconds then turn for 30 more in a tumbler press 

 Please remember all ovens are different and time and temperature may vary the above are the settings I use but you should always check as you go to be sure
